As part of a fashion experience by a real estate developer in Dubai, Shilpa Shetty was invited to be a part of an extravagant shopping event in the city over the weekend.

Shilpa was the guest of honour for the Level Shoe District VIP grand event. She also interacted with Chinese actress Kathy Chow while shopping there.

Welcoming over 4,00,000 visitors from around the world, Dubai officially joined the league of global fashion capitals with the inaugural Dubai Fashion Experience, a celebration of high fashion, held for the first time in the Middle East. Shilpa was seen wearing a short black dress paired with a copper jacket at the event. She posted on her micro-blogging site, "Its the Worlds largest shoe store -96000 sq ft nd 300000 shoes in stock. Im goin shoe shoppin."
